In 2007, the Red Sea Academy for Tourism & Entertainment Services was knowen as the first entertainment academy in Egypt and the Middle East. Located in the Red Sea zone, the academy provided world-class services and training to major hotels and resorts, including IHG PG, IHG Soma Bay, Hilton Hurghada Plaza, and Iberotel Madinat Coraya. The academy exclusively managed Port Ghalib and the VIP Club at Port Ghalib, receiving accolades such as the Best Entertainment Team at Iberotel Egypt from Thomas Cook in 2008/2009. The academy also played a key role in organizing major events, including the official opening party of Port Ghalib with Beyoncé in 2009.

Despite the closure of the Red Sea Academy in 2012 due to the political situation in Egypt, Ramy's passion for the tourism and entertainment industry endured. He continued to work as a consultant for global hotels and regional enterprises, consistently delivering remarkable results. His strategic marketing acumen, leadership, and business process expertise stem from his profound understanding of both business functions and marketing strategy.
